Overview

The Lean Yellow Belt certification program is delivered as a 2-day instructor-led program. The program provides participants with an overview of the basic principles of Lean thinking and outlines the essential Lean tools and practices that can be applied within an organization to increase service efficiency and quality, improve satisfaction and reduce waste. It aims to create not only a basic level of Lean awareness, but an understanding of the benefits that can be achieved by following Lean best practice. This program is typically delivered to staff who are actively involved in cross functional teams deployed to implement Lean.
