Program Description:
At the management level, your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with your peers, your direct reports, and your senior management team is critical to your success. In your role as leader you have the dual responsibilities of engaging and motivating your team to be productive, while at the same time reporting on your progress to your executive team. In this course, managers and those at supervisory levels will have the opportunity to develop and practice critical communication skills with a focus on reading critically, writing concisely, listening clearly and speaking clearly across all business situations.
